- Also known as the Ecuadorian Purple Pinktoe.
- A New World arboreal species from Ecuador.
- This tarantula is for advanced keepers, as it required special care.  The temperature must be kept around 82 degrees.  As for humidity, they require high humidity, condensation, and good ventilation (to avoid mold).
- They are attractively colored in various shades of purple with off-white toes.
