- This New World Arboreal is from  the Lesser Antilles (St. Vincent and the Grenadines).
- The adult size is 4.5" - 5".
- They are also known as Caribbean Diamond Tarantula.  They were previously known as Tapinauchenius sp Union Island and Tapinauchenius sp. Caribbean Diamond.
- In the wild, adult specimens were observed on larger/older growth trees and used cavities and “knot holes” as retreats.
