- The adult size is 4" - 6", but they average right around the 5" mark.
- They are known to be super docile & calm, making them an excellent starter species. In fact, they often play dead when they handled. We've had a few people tell us that they are the PERFECT tarantula, as adults, to take to schools for demonstrations, since they are so docile.
