- This New World Terrestrial is found in the tropical forest of Peten, Guatemala and possibly ranges into Mexico.
- Adult size is about 6".
- This is a docile species, but can be flighty.  They are a great starter species.
​- They require a bit more humidity than other Tliltocatl/Brachypelma species, with a normal range of 65% - 80%.
