- This Old World Scorpion is from India.
- Adult size is 4.5 to 5.5 cm (1.77" - 2.17").
- Honey brown above with a pale underside. Tail is slender, with a stinger that is dark red in color.
- Adult males have longer and narrower metasomal segments than females.
- They like to hide when they molt which basically means they dig a burrow or hide inside a piece of cork.
- Tip: Make sure that one section of your substrate is kept moist (and the other dry) for the scorplings to properly molt. This is VERY important for this species. They prefer it warmer with higher humidity.
