- This Old World Opportunistic Burrower is from the RSA (Republic of South Africa).
- Carapace olive and black hairs with a pale golden starburst pattern.
- Natural habitat is dry grassland. Found under stones, generally in shallow excavations but sometimes in short burrows a few inches deep.
