- This New World Terrestrial is from the State of Parana Brazil, and the State of Missiones Argentina.
- Adult size is 5" - 6".
- They would rather run and hide then stand their ground.
- Care is basically the same as Acanthoscurria and Nhandu tarantulas.
- Juveniles have the patellae, tibiae, and metatarsi of the legs I and II almost completely pinkish. When they become larger, this coloration becomes restricted to the lateral segments and are almost absent in old females and males.
