- Also known as Perderson's Ornamental, Hambantota Parachute, Pederseni's Tiger Spider, Pedersini Divimakuluwa.
- The adult size averages 7".
- The coloration is similar to P. regalis but with darker abdominal patterns.  They are a light grey or greyish-white tarantula.
