- This species has a nasty attitude and bite as their main form of defense. Not suitable for beginners due to their lightning speed and aggressiveness.
- Very seldom will you see this tarantula roaming around the enclosure. It usually will stay in its burrow and will only come out when its feeding time. If not allowed to burrow, it will cover the inner enclosure with web.
